2010 Janots Bos Santenay 1er Cru Passe Temps
Our Santenay 1er Cru is from the vineyard Passetemps. White Santenay 1er Cru is very rare. In the nose this Santenay is very ripe, with honey, mirabelle cherries, vanilla, apricot and all kinds of white flowers. On the palate all these notes are present in this ripe and rich wine. It’s perfectly balanced and very well structured.
Combine the Santenay 1er cru with pasta or risotto with mushrooms or with poultry in creamy sauce. In combination with cheeses we would recommend medium stationed cheese, good tomme from the Comté, Savoie or Piemonte. Best served at 11 to 12 centigrades.
