Tasting Note:
The 2000 Gaia is a Bordeaux-like blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon 20% Cabernet Franc and 5% Merlot aged in French oak. This elegant restrained yet complex red offers up notes of cedar fruit cake spice box cigar tobacco and currants. Medium-bodied spicy and moderately tannic with a surprisingly long finish it should be consumed over the next 7-8 years. Source: Wine Advocate
