Tasting Note:

Deep purple-black in color the 2011 Greenock Shiraz presents a nose of red plums red currants and fresh blackberries with underlying nuances of green pepper loam and sage. Medium to full-bodied with a good amount of muscular red fruit and herb-laced flavors it is structured by a medium level of chewy slightly astringent tannins lively acid and a long finish.
