Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of unopened bottles in their original condition within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all seals intact
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return
  • The return must be initiated within the 15-day window

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the delicate nature of our products and legal restrictions, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened bottles or partially consumed products
  • Temperature-sensitive vintages that may have been compromised during return shipping
  • Personalized or special order items
  • Products purchased through private client services

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, including all protective materials. Include a copy of your receipt or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our York cellars using a trackable shipping service. We recommend insuring your return shipment.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item). For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our cellars), we will process your refund:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item for another of equal value:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify your preferred replacement
  3. If the replacement item is of higher value, we will contact you to arrange payment of the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items
