Shipping Information

Order Processing: All orders are carefully prepared within 1-2 business days. We handle each bottle with the utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over £50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery Areas: We ship globally, excluding certain Asian regions and remote locations. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your area.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our exquisite collection. Should you need to return an item, please review our refined returns process below.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns of unopened bottles in their original condition within 15 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Item must be in original packaging with all seals intact
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany return
  • Return must be initiated within the 15-day window

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and legal restrictions, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or partially consumed bottles
  • Temperature-sensitive vintages that may have been compromised
  • Personalized or special order items (including private client service purchases)

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and product details.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Repackage the item(s) in original packaging with all protective materials. Include a copy of your receipt.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our York cellars using a trackable service. We recommend insurance for valuable returns.

Refund Process

Once received and inspected (typically 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • Method: Refund issued to original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Timing: Allow 5-7 business days for refund to appear after processing
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges of equal value:

  1. Follow standard return process
  2. Specify in your email that you want an exchange and your preferred replacement
  3. For higher-value replacements, we’ll contact you to arrange payment of the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items
